I have always been passionate about the holistic approach to health and wellbeing. I grew up in Germany but have been living and working in the UK for 25 years. Following careers in telecoms and translation, I embarked on my wellbeing journey more than ten years ago. I have studied massage therapy, Pilates and self-myofascial release, and I continue to build on my knowledge and skills through further courses. I have trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), Jing Massage, Myofascial Release UK (MFR UK) and Dr. Robert Schleip, an international leader in fascia research.
I am fully insured and, as a member of the Complementary Therapists Association, follow the CThA's professional Code of Practice.

Bodywork etc. offers a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. My objective is to help you feel more balanced and at ease in your body - through Pilates, self-myofascial release, massage or combination of all three, tailored to your needs. All these techniques work hand in hand and have similar benefits. If you're not sure which one is best for you, why not give them a try and see how you get on? We're all different and we have to find what's right for us!
I love all things organic, whether it's food or skincare, and try to minimise my daily intake of harmful chemicals - and the same goes for my treatments: the products I use for my massage treatments are organic, natural and free from petrochemicals, preservatives and other hidden 'nasties'.
