I am often asked what types of massage I offer, and the answer is: it depends who is coming in for a treatment. I may use deep-tissue and myofascial techniques to ease muscular tension and stiffness, while lighter pressure can be more suitable for general relaxation and unwinding. One massage may require more work on the upper body and another may focus on the legs or lower back. All my treatments are holistic, which means I look at the whole body to restore balance and alignment.

All new clients will receive a free consultation before their first session to discuss any medical issues, ask questions and ensure they gain maximum benefit from the treatment.
